By completing this registration, I acknowledge that my athlete is physically able to participate in basketball activities. I understand that participation involves inherent risk, and I release Elite Basketball Club, its staff, and facility partners from liability for injuries that may occur during camp activities.

I also grant permission for EBC to use photos or video of my athlete for promotional purposes.
